As a graduate from the University of Utah, I use my degree in Exercise Science to help athletes of all ages train in a manner that is beneficial to their daily lives and specific to their goals. I am a Certified Personal Trainer accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine, and also hold a Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certificate for Functional Kettlebell Training.
I developed a passion for fitness as a young athlete and have since used it as a tool for injury prevention, rehabilitation and athletic performance. My goal is to understand your vision and align my coaching with your needs. From a physical fitness standpoint, I always meet my clients where they're at and encourage them to enjoy the process of their fitness journey.
When I'm not in the gym, you can find me outdoors playing golf, skiing, running, or mountain biking. I would love to share these passions with you and look forward to helping you lead a strong and healthy lifestyle.
