Golf Performance 52-Week Program

 

This 52-week program was meticulously designed to develop, maximize, and maintain strength for year round golf performance. Included in this purchase is the comprehensive annual training plan, complete with a wide variety of exercises and video instruction, as well as free access to the BridgeAthletic tracking app.

 

About this Program:

 

This year-long program is split into (4) four, 12-week phases:

  1. Transform - Endurance & Hypertrophy
  2. Develop - Strength
  3. Maximize - Power
  4. Maintain - Maintenance & Stamina

Each phase includes (12) twelve 60-minute workouts. For the best results, these workouts should be consistently completed once per week throughout the entirety of the year, with the exception of a one week break between each phase. Please note that this program is designed around access to a full range of gym equipment, including but not limited to: kettlebells, medicine balls, and cable machines.

 

Please note: This program is designed to supplement weekly training routines and does not include personal coaching feedback. THIS IS A ONE-TIME PURCHASE. There is no expiration date. Once added as an Anderson Performance athlete, you will receive the phases online via the BridgeTracker app. 

 

This program involves follow along videos demonstrating drills and exercises that improve a golfer's balance, strength, mobility and stamina. This phase includes 3 mobility workouts with an extensive list of specially chosen exercises, drills, and stretches.
