6 Week Ski Prep Program

This 6 week program is designed to improve balance, proprioception, and leg strength through a combination of drills and exercises that focus on developing strength, power, and balance. On it's own, it would be best utilized starting in Mid-October. However, this program is designed to be combined with Anderson Performance's Ski Season Prep II, making for a full 12-week phase that should be started in early September for best results.
